Shipping Policy

Our beverages are perishable and are packed in eco-friendly insulated boxes with gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep cold. We ship to any address in the United States Monday through Wednesday (excluding P.O. boxes) and fulfill orders according to the schedule below:

[1] Orders placed by midnight PST on Monday will be shipped the following day, Tuesday.

[2] Orders placed by midnight PST on Tuesday will be shipped the following day, Wednesday.

[3] Orders placed between midnight PST on Wednesday and midnight PST on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.


All orders are shipped using FedEx 2-Day service. Once your package leaves our facility, FedEx is responsible to deliver your package.

FedEx will leave your package at your door when it’s safe to do so, though some locations may require a signature. Delivery decisions are made by FedEx. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, products left outdoors for extended periods, weather exposure, or carrier-related delays. Please contact FedEx directly for delivery questions and reference your tracking number.

Returns

We always strive to provide our customers with prompt and efficient service. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns. Order changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been picked, packed, or processed for shipment.

For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout, which covers your order in the event of damage, loss, or theft during transit.

We’ve partnered with Route to offer optional package protection at checkout. For a small fee, Route covers your order in the event it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit—giving you peace of mind from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
